To all out there beware when buying an American Ironhorse...the company does not stand behind their product..heck they do not even know what parts they use or where they get them...I have an 03 Outlaw model that has had tranny problems since day one..i now find that with just over 17,000 milews i am having buy an after market tranny for it...now i know that with this low mileage this should not happen

Heck, I run a service center for AIH and they owe us for a job from 9/07. They won't even return calls from the CFO or accounting department. MY best guess is that they are having some real money issues. I guess we won't be working on anymore AMERICAN IRON HORSE. Before you buy one (1) be certain they are still in business, (2) make sure if there is a warranty, you can still get the work done.
