Am I the only one, or does anybody find it kinda f***ed that there's a builder out there always posin' on 'his' bike doing Indian Larry's old 'trick'? Not only did Larry surf on his bike as his signature trademark, but we all know he died doing it. Don't know about anybody else out there but I think it's not only unoriginal but plain disrespect to be tooting your horn all over the place with somebody else's sign off. 'Nough said.

Imitation is the best form of flattery. I understand what you're trying to get across, however, not much is "original" these days. At best, all you can aim to do is to take a pre-existing idea and execute it bigger and better.

no disrespect to IL, but he was surely not even close to the first person ever to tank surf. i did it before i ever saw him do it. people did it before we did it. you think evel was the first guy to jump a harley or ride a wheelie too?
yaniv wasn't imitating anyone.
so what?

think it's cheesy, far cooler to come up with your own trick than try to get attention with one that's been done before.

With all respect to tricks and their inventors, I'm really liking the bike he was surfing on. Is there any info on it?

come on jesse whoever- show us your trick.
call powerplant if you want the skinny. it looks like a swap meet bike to me, but apparently some guy who used to build cool bikes made the tank. there's so many stories, bs, and ego involved in some builds, it's sometimes better to just send em out in traffic and just ride.
