Back in either 1971 or 1972, my father who is now in his 70's, painted a very popular and rare motorcycle (he claims it was a Harley) that was featured on the cover of a magazine called "Chopper Magazine", and the bike was painted pearl white by him and was featured on the cover of the magazine. The cover had a picture of the white Harley (again, not 100% positive it was Harley), and there were tombstones in the background. My dads name, Ed Boot, was on the cover of the magazine as well, with the cover saying the bike was painted by him. (not sure if his name was spelt Ed, Eddie, or Edward, but it's one of those three)
Does anyone have a picture of this magazine cover or have websites where I could possibly find this? I'm not really interesting in buying a copy on ebay, but if there's a picture of this already on the web, that would be great, or if someone could scan a picture if they actually have it. I've looked everywhere on the web and I cannot find it. He worked on the bike back in NJ but the magazine was a national magazine, and we do believe it could be "street chopper magazine" but we are not entirely sure.
My dad is still in the auto business after 40 years, doing body work and painting cars.
I also sent in this letter to street chopper directly but I heard they shut down for a while and don't have the old copies of magazines, so I was hoping maybe a die-hard street chopper fan might be on here who has been collecting the magazines since 69.

i'll keep my eyes open for it. the mag has moved around more than a felon on the run in the past 40 years. sometimes we come upon a box filled with old mags.
