What is the proper way to install springer frontend on to my 1999 Sportster. Also is there a way to use my caliper, instead  of having to buy  a new springer  caliper.

check out PAUGHCO or 3Guyz Customs they  both have springers for Sportys.

Sorry to say, but you will have to get a new brake for the front.
