Gas/Oil Tank Vibration Isolators

I initially installed some rubber type bushings/spacers onto my custom gas and oil tank. After two years of riding the rubber has begun to deteriorate and would like to replace with a product that will provide better vibration resistance and better abrasion resistance?

The gas tank is vibrating like crazy and at times it looks like it will come off the frame backbone even though it is bolted just a very unsettling feeling when travelling at high speeds
